Shipping and delivery
Bikinville handles all shipments from Monday to Friday.
Orders received before 2:00 PM GMT are dispatched the same day, while those placed after this time are shipped on the following business day.
Orders placed during the weekend are processed on the next business day.
We ship worldwide with DHL Express, a premium courier service ensuring fast and reliable delivery.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number to follow your parcel’s journey.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- Italy: 1–2 business days
- Europe: 1–3 business days
- Worldwide: 2–4 business days
Please note that deliveries outside the European Union may occasionally experience delays due to customs clearance procedures in the destination country, which are beyond our control.
When your order is shipped, you will immediately receive an email confirmation with your DHL Express tracking number and the estimated delivery time.
Throughout the delivery process, you’ll receive continuous email or SMS updates directly from DHL Express — our premium courier service and trusted shipping partner for many years.
We offer complimentary express shipping on all orders shipped within Italy and the European Union.
For international orders, express shipping is free on purchases over €200.
For smaller orders, a shipping fee of €10 or €20 applies, depending on the destination.
The final shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.
We ship all orders worldwide with DHL Express, our trusted partner and a premium courier service renowned for its speed and reliability.
Typical delivery times are 1–2 business days within Italy and Europe, and 2–4 business days for international destinations.
For specific requests from our Italian clients, we also offer an additional delivery option via Poste Italiane Express, allowing you to conveniently collect your order from selected Pick Up Point locations.
All orders are carefully shipped from our facility in Italy, with no additional fees or customs duties for deliveries within Italy and the European Union.
For destinations outside the European Union, local import duties, customs fees, or taxes may apply. These charges are determined by the destination country and are usually collected upon delivery or shortly thereafter.
Please note that Bikinville is not responsible for these additional costs, as they are established independently by local customs authorities.
We kindly advise checking with your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
Returns
Returns within Italy and the European Union are complimentary.
A prepaid DHL return label is included in your package for your convenience.
For international orders, all return-related costs — including shipping fees and any customs duties incurred during the process — are the responsibility of the customer.
We kindly ask that you use a trackable courier service to ensure the most efficient return procedure.
Please ensure that all items are returned in their original condition, with the hangtag and hygiene seal intact.
Items must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or process exchanges for items that do not meet the above requirements.
We offer a full refund for eligible items, corresponding to the price of the item excluding the original shipping cost for international orders (shipping is complimentary for orders within Italy and the European Union).
Once the returned items have been received and verified, we will initiate the refund process within 2 business days.
Please note that banks and PayPal typically complete refunds within 10 business days.
To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@bikinville.com within 14 days of receiving your parcel.
Kindly use the same email address used to place your order and include your order number in your message.

For customers in Italy and the European Union:
Returns are complimentary.
Within 1–2 business days, you will receive a prepaid DHL return label to attach to your parcel, which you can then drop off at your nearest DHL Service Point for a seamless experience.
For international customers:
International customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. We recommend using a registered and trackable courier service and keeping your tracking details for reference.
Please note that we are unable to refund initial shipping fees, customs charges, or return postage costs.
Bikinville cannot be held responsible for any loss or delay of returned items shipped through couriers other than DHL Express.
We kindly ask that you use a trackable courier service to ensure the most efficient return procedure.
Once your return has been received and verified, we will proceed with your exchange or refund for the item price (excluding the original shipping cost).
If the original shipping was complimentary, the full item value will be refunded.
