Shipping and delivery
Bikinville is handling shipments from Monday to Friday.
Orders placed during the weekend will be processed starting on the following working day.
We ship worldwide with DHL Express, a premium courier service.
These is their delivery timing:
ITALY: 1-2 business days
EUROPE: 1-3 business days
WORLDWIDE: 2-4 business days
There may be the occasional delay due to the destination country Customs Clearance processes, which are out of our control (outside of the European Union only).
When your order is shipped, you will immediately receive an e-mail with the tracking number of your parcel and the estimated delivery time.
During your order journey you will be continuously updated via e-mail or SMS directly from DHL Express, our trusted shipping partner.
We offer a free express shipping on all orders for Italy and the European Union countries.
International shipping is free on the orders above € 150.
For smaller amount orders the shipping cost is € 10 or € 20 based on the destination. The shipping costs are calculated at check-out.
We ship all our orders worldwide with DHL Express, a premium courier service and our trusted partner for both local and international shipments.
The usual delivery time in Italy and Europe is 1-2 business days and 2-3 business days internationally.
We are shipping all orders from our facility in Italy, so there are no extra fees or custom duties within Italy and the European Union countries.
If the shipment is heading outside of the European Union, you will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes. Those will be due at the point of delivery, or after.
Please be aware that Bikinville does not have any control on any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to.
We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country.
Since these fees are not computed nor applied to orders by Bikinville, please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.
Returns
We offer a 14-days return period for your swimwear calculated from the day the order is received by the customer.
All the return related costs, including the shipping expenses and any customs duties incurred during the return process are handled by the customer.
The item must be in original condition with its hangtag and hygiene seal remaining in place.
Item must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns or organise exchanges that do not meet above requirements.
We offer a full refund if the original condition is unchanged, which means the price of the item excluding original shipping cost (free shipping for Italy and European Union countries).
Once the items meet the required conditions, we will initiate the refund process within 2 business days from the day the return is received.
Typically, refunds are processed by the banks and PayPal within 10 business days.
To initiate a return, please email us at returns@bikinville.com within 14 days from receiving your parcel, from the email you ordered an item, specifying the number of your order.
We will email you back with the Individual Return Number in 1-2 business days.
Once your Individual Return Number is assigned, the product must be received back by us within 14 days.
Please note that we are unable to refund initial shipping or custom charges for goods returned, other than for faulty items. We are also unable to refund return postage costs.
Once the return has been received, we will send your new order in case of exchange or you will receive your refund (item price excluding original shipping cost). If the original shipping was free of charge, the cost of the item will be refunded in full.
Bikinville cannot be held liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.
