We currently accept credit cards and PayPal. If you would like to arrange your payment via another method, we are happy to try and assist your request.

Shipping and delivery
Bikinville is handling shipments from Monday to Friday.
The orders received before 2 PM are shipped on the same day and those received after on the following business day.
Orders placed during the weekend are processed on the following business day.
We ship worldwide with DHL Express, a premium courier service.
This is the expected delivery timing:
ITALY: 1-2 business days
EUROPE: 1-3 business days
WORLDWIDE: 2-4 business days. Outside of the European Union countries there may be an occasional delay due to the destination country Customs Clearance processes, which are out of our control.
When your order is shipped, you will immediately receive an e-mail with the DHL Express tracking number of your parcel and the estimated delivery time.
During the delivery of your order you will be continuously updated via e-mail or SMS directly from DHL Express, the premium courier service and our trusted shipping partner since many years.
We offer a free express shipping on all orders shipped in Italy and the European Union countries.
International express shipping is free on the orders above € 150.
For smaller amount orders the worldwide shipping cost is € 10 or € 20 based on the destination. The final shipping costs are calculated at check-out.
We ship all our orders worldwide with DHL Express, a premium courier service and our trusted partner for both local and international shipments.
The usual delivery time in Italy and Europe is 1-2 business days and 2-4 business days internationally.
We are shipping all orders from our facility in Italy, so there are no extra fees or custom duties within Italy and the European Union countries.
If the shipment is heading outside of the European Union, you will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes. Those will be due at the point of delivery, or after.
Please be aware that Bikinville does not have any control on any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to.
We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country.
Returns
We offer a 14-days return period for your swimwear calculated from the day the order is received by the customer.
Bikinville offers free return only for the orders in Italy and the European Union countries.
All the international return related costs, including shipping expenses and any customs duties incurred during the return process are handled by the customer.
The item must be in original condition with its hangtag and hygiene seal remaining in place.
Item must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns or organise exchanges that do not meet above requirements.
We offer a full refund if the original condition is unchanged, which means the price of the item excluding original shipping cost (free shipping for Italy and European Union countries).
Once the items meet the required conditions, we will initiate the refund process within 2 business days from the day the return is received.
Typically, refunds are processed by the banks and PayPal within 10 business days.
To initiate a return, please email us at returns@bikinville.com within 14 days from receiving your parcel, from the email you ordered an item, specifying the number of your order.
For the customers in Italy and in the European Union: the return is free of charge. iIn 1-2 business days we will email you back the label to attach to your parcel, which you can bring to the most convenient DHL point.
For the international customers:
Our international customers are responsible for handling the return shipping costs, therefore we highly recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details. Please note that we are unable to refund initial shipping or custom charges for goods returned. We are also unable to refund the return postage costs.
Bikinville cannot be held liable for the loss of garments being returned by other courier services than DHL Express.
Once the return has been received, we will send your new order in case of exchange or you will receive your refund (item price excluding original shipping cost).
If the original shipping was free of charge, the cost of the item will be refunded in full.
