Orders placed before 3:00 PM (CET) are shipped the same business day.
Orders placed after this time are shipped the following business day.

Italy

Free Express Delivery within 1–2 business days.

European Union

Free Express Delivery within 1–3 business days.

United Kingdom, United States, Canada, United Arab Emirates

Free Express International Delivery within 2–4 business days.

Rest of the World

Express International Delivery within 2–6 business days.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped within Italy and the European Union include VAT and are not subject to customs duties.

For orders shipped to the United Kingdom, United States, Canada and United Arab Emirates, all applicable duties and import taxes are included in the final price shown at checkout.
No additional charges apply upon delivery.

For other international destinations, customs duties and taxes may apply in accordance with local regulations.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unworn, unused and in their original condition, with all tags attached and original packaging included.

Returns within Italy and the European Union are free of charge.
A prepaid adhesive return label is included inside the package for a simple and seamless return process.

For all other international destinations, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless an incorrect item was delivered.

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 1 business day.
